Extrutech Plastics announces the completion of the Taylor Cheese expansion and renovation project in Weyauwega, Wisconsin.
Taylor Cheese celebrated the project completion by having an Open House on September 21st for customers, vendors and friends.
Taylor Cheese is a 40 year old specialty cheese company that produces high quality, cut-and-wrap cheese products for their customers. They operate a 6,000 square foot state of the art processing plant with approximately 25 dedicated employees.
Taylor Cheese utilized the Extrutech P2400 wall panels, the P1300 ceiling panels and the new Suspended Ceiling panels throughout the remodeling project. The Extrutech wall and ceiling panels were manufactured to fit the interior walls and ceilings thus eliminating waste and reducing seams. The panels provide a bright, glistening surface which is very easy to clean and maintain. Since the panels have a unique tongue and groove design with a hidden nailing fin, there are no exposed fasteners anywhere.
Mr. Robert Ehrenberg, Co-owner and Director of Operations at Taylor Cheese, was very happy with the finished appearance of his plant and the Extrutech wall and ceiling panels. They make the rooms look so bright and clean, Robert stated.
Christine Lindner, the current Alice in Dairyland of Wisconsin, was also there to present Taylor Cheese with an Award for Excellence. During her presentation, Ms. Lindner also commented on how bright and clean looking the new facility appeared, thanks to the Extrutech wall and ceiling panels.
Extrutech Plastics, located in Manitowoc, WI, also manufactures plastic doors and clean rooms for the food industry.
Extrutech Plastics has been manufacturing plastic products in Manitowoc since 1992 and employs about 55 dedicated workers. Extrutech Plastics is ISO 9001:2008 Certified and a registered U.S. Government supplier. The Extrutech wall and ceiling panels are approved by the USDA. The plastic wall and ceiling panels are Class A approved and meet the ASTM-E-84 standards for low smoke and flame spread.
